Care & Maintenance
Each Pearls & Pins product is hand-painted, embroidered, and beaded with care, meaning they deserve a little extra love to keep them looking their best.
- Washing: Spot clean only where possible. If a deeper clean is needed, gently hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid scrubbing painted or beaded areas.
- Drying: Do not tumble dry. Lay flat or hang to dry naturally, away from direct sunlight to protect the colours.
- Ironing: Avoid direct heat on embellishments. If ironing is needed, place a cloth over the area and use a low heat setting.
- Storage: Hang your prodyct to avoid creasing and to protect beadwork from pressure. Store away from damp conditions.
- General Care: Treat your product like wearable art. The hand-finished details are delicate, so avoid heavy friction, snagging, or harsh weather where possible.

- We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any orders once purchased.
- All sales are final.

Every product is thoroughly checked and tested for quality and durability before being shipped. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage so we can assist.
