1. Fill Out the Custom Order Form– Let me know your ideas down below!
Once you’ve shared your idea and we’ve agreed on the design, you’ll secure your spot by paying a £50 deposit.
Secure your one-of-a-kind Pearls & Pins custom denim jacket with a £50 deposit, I will send you this £50 deposit personally through an invoice to your email🌿
✨ This deposit confirms your slot on the custom order list. Once your design form is approved and we’re both happy with the plan, I will then start on your jacket and send you updates throughout the process.
💳 Once the jacket is finished, the final invoice will be sent directly to your email — and you’ll still be able to pay using Klarna, Clearpay, or card through our secure Shopify checkout.
Please note deposits are non-refundable.
2. Join the Waiting List – Every custom order gets a number on the list. The higher your number, the longer the estimated turnaround time will be. Each jacket takes 4–6 days in total to complete but this may be spread out over a certain period of time, so this helps keep things fair and organised.
3. Waiting List Updates – You’ll be kept updated on your spot in line and when your jacket is due to begin.
4. Limited Availability – Custom slots may be open or closed depending on demand, so be sure to grab one while they’re available!
5. Final Payment & Delivery – Once your jacket is finished, you will be notified and your one-of-a-kind piece will be on its way to you.
